The work created in Aielli in 2022 Fasoli wanted to celebrate his Abruzzo origins by searching among his memories for the image of his grandparents' house, both sons of Italians who emigrated to Argentina and never returned. The grandfather was a pianist who loved classical music and with a strong passion for astronomy; grandmother was a dancer. With bright colors and clean lines that shade the scene of a crepuscular light, Fasoli reconstructs their living room: a large bookcase with a precious collection of National Geographic, a radio, a fireplace, the sweet sound of the piano and a large window where you can admire the stars. A work that seems to come to life and come alive, offering us the opportunity to enter the room and enjoy an intimate and familiar moment, full of sweetness and memories.
