Kill Emil is a DJ and producer in Athens, Brazil since 2009, where he created a discography of powerful rhythms and sublime atmospheres. With an early inspiration in hip hop, Kill Emil has been prolific in cutting the breaks on his MPC.
Hip hop-based, its optimistic rhythms go above typical downtime looped sounds. Sophisticated beats, positive grooves and warm loops characterize its sound, so it is not surprising that it regularly tours throughout Europe.
Kill Emil has been traveling for nearly ten years and has produced singles and LPs on various labels. Among his productions, the most important to date have been his LP “Ghost Diary” which was released in May, and the “Salvation” LP of 2015, which solidified its esoteric and earthy sound.
In addition to his regular releases in all these years, he has also produced several singles and EPs with afro, cumbia, latin songs, as well as a reggae, Hip hop album “A Better Place”, which was released in December 2017.
